Prayer is one of the greatest forces to change people and events. The fact that God answers prayer has been proven both in the church and scientifically in the laboratory. The Blossoming Rose Prayer Manual has one story of a scientific experiment done in a clinical laboratory under strict guidelines that proved that prayer could influence outcomes.
Many people want to get more involved in supporting Israel and some have very limited resources but have high energy and it is to these people that this information is being directed. You can be active in your community by joining a prayer walk near you and raise awareness and interest in Israel.
You may have heard about the “Annual Walks” that Blossoming Rose has sponsored in cities across the United States for the past sixteen years. The “Walks” have been very successful in raising significant public awareness in localities where Christians love Israel. Now we are focusing the “Walks” even more on prayer. Our goal is to help make Israel the mouthpiece of truth to the world as we approach the times of Messiah.
Our plan is very simple. You do not need to apply for permits nor get involved in lengthy paperwork. You can do a “Prayer Walk” in a park near you or start at your home with a few friends and walk through your neighborhood, praying with your friends as you walk.
Our instructions and forms are easy to fill out, perfected by many years of sponsoring the “Walks.” Your information packet will contain suggestions on how to encourage others to walk with you and how to raise funds in your community and among your church friends. Just like our golf outing, people who walk are asked to raised contributions from friends, neighbors and family members based on a certain number of dollars for each ¼ mile walked or a one-time gift for “walking.” Those who have promoted annual walks in their areas know how easy it is. Actually, the hardest part of the whole event is setting aside some time during the day of September 20th for the event.
