Fee Structure for Tamar Work Agreements
(For workers and visitors at Tamar)
effective March 1, 2008
Workers and visitors at Tamar are benefiting by having their cost of living (such as board, room, transportation, water, and the general overhead costs of maintaining a Park) covered by Blossoming Rose and/or Blossoming Israel, and by the fee paid by the worker/volunteer.
a) $20 per day for those who work 34-40 hours per week.
b) $30 per day for those who work 20-24 hours per week.
c) $40 per day for those who work 10-14 hours per week.
d) $50 per day for visitors who do not work.
a) Serving on leadership team (such as being Park Manager)
b) Staying 30 days or longer
c) Taking summer responsibilities
d) Meeting other unusual needs determined by the President of Blossoming Rose.
The Agreement includes the following:
a. Name, address, and contact information
b. Number of days at Park
c. Cost per day
d. Hours of work per day
e. Responsibilities
The cost per day covers board, room, other benefits and general overhead. Like rent, there are no deductions if the person skips meals or leaves the Park for brief vacations or comes home early, unless a specific arrangement is approved by the president of Blossoming Rose. These rooms are still occupied and others cannot use them.
